Today I have set up at my dining room table to do some fibre splicing in comfort, ready to install for one of my favourite customers on Monday morning. A bit cold to be doing this outside where it will be installed.

We have a new logo, and I have so much going on I have dropped the property maintenance gig, it all got a bit too much doing both so have reverted back to my core business.
The lovely Sarah is looking after my accounts and book work now, also invoicing, so existing customers may see a change in how things are done, we are hoping to stream line everything to make it faster and easier.

My latest table restoration. Took ages to strip back and repair this one. It’s now ready for a few coats of stain finally.

Another TV enclosure built over the last couple of weeks, TV installed with a HDMI port below it as well. Thanks Allan Warren for your help with installation, couldn’t have done it without you.

Tonight’s job was to turn this into something a bit more user friendly. First pic is before, next one is about half way, last one is finished.
Came up with some customized monitor mounting points.

Tonight’s job was to remove the mess in the first pic, turned it into a neat installation in the second pic. Another happy customer although I busted my trusty vacuum cleaner so couldn’t clean properly to finish. All good though 🙂

So a few weeks ago I changed my business name from “OCD communications & property maintenance” back to this. I had always just traded under my own name before the OCD name and was always successful with that. I tried the different name, but it never really sounded right to me, so onwards and upwards “DJ Warren Communications & Property Maintenance” at everyone’s service 🙂.
