Herringbone subway tiles on the walls. Hexagon penny tiles in the niche. A classic pattern and border on the floors. There are so many tiling techniques showcased in this bathroom, which was very satisfying to complete!

Just a bit of a warning for those planning a bathroom update. Mondella Rococo 2 drawer wall mounted vanity can’t be installed using standard S bend water trap, due to trap fowling bottom drawer. If you then cut a slot in the back of the drawer to allow it to open, warranty is voided. Raised issue with Bunnings Staff, who tried to be helpful but supplier not interested.

Replacing 3 old timber windows with new Aluminium Powdercoated Custom made sliders should have been relatively easy,
BUT, enter Gem Windows Castle Hill who measured & made the windows all 40mm to big. Then told the owner not their problem as he had signed of on what they measured. Their helpful suggested was sell them on eBay & buy 3 more made correctly....not likely
So off came the timber reveal, goodbye fixing fl**ge, out with the planer & now they fit, all be it a day later than scheduled

Biggest built in wardrobe I've done in one straight run, 13 doors. His clothes take up over half, wife told him to throw out some of his 42 polo shirts!!!

Economical kitchen make over. Owners ripped out old cupboards & made up new flat pack cabinets, all I had to do was install cabinets, fit gloss doors & cut 50mm Bamboo bench tops to suit. Should look pretty good once customer tiles splash back

Amazing the difference between new clear polycarbonate & old stuff. Guess eventually the small carport extension will blend in better

TV mounted as promised. Couldn't have done such a great job without the help of Josh - that guy is great.
