After a decade as a successful property manager & a real estate consultant, I am now following my passion. I have completed refurbishments for my clients during tenancies; minimizing vacancy/downtime, maximising my clients budget to not only achieve an increase in rental yield, but more importantly long-term capital growth. I have also assisted both tenants, landlords & agents alike to completing

entry & exiting condition reports, patching/painting & repairing and anything from the odd hole in the wall. I can provide advice, negotiation & assistance to both landlord and tenant alike.
