It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Nathan David Lawrence — Soul Mate, Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and Friend to all. Nathan was taken from us far too soon, leaving an irreplaceable space in the lives of those who loved him.

My first talk about my bowel cancer journey so far.
I wasn’t prepared to do it alone just yet so thanks to my child hood mate for standing beside me. His work at and insight in a mental health first aid kit is invaluable.

Not gonna lie there’s soo many things I had in my mind to say and I got pretty emotional and couldn’t speak.

But this is just the start and first of many talk I’ll be doing to help raise awareness to ‘speak up’ whether it be your mental health or physical health. Don’t ignore the signs.

I met whilst doing and he has been a great support for me along this journey so when he asked me to be a part of the .proj there was no way I was saying no
