The cattle are fed chocolate. We’re not making that up. 🍫

Mayura Station on the Limestone Coast raise full blood wagyu and finish them on a chocolate based diet. That’s where the marbling comes from. Buttery, rich, and honestly a bit ridiculous.

We’ve got one of their Gold Label Tomahawks. MB5-7, two kilos, bone in. And we’re giving it away.

Buy a main at the Squadron any Saturday or Sunday this September and you’re in the draw. Dinner for two in October. Tomahawk, sides, bottle of Shiraz. 🥩🍷
