We are on the hunt for new team members to join the Minchin Construction crew.
Our company builds a diverse range of architectural homes and renovations and we can offer a great work culture and flexible workplace conditions.
We are searching for qualified carpenters who want the opportunity to work on some really interesting projects. Candidates must be self motivated with strong work ethic and also able to work as part of a team. Experience working on architectural homes would be an advantage, as would experience in supervising jobsites, workers and subtrades. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high quality finishes is vital.
We are also looking for an enthusiastic, hard working apprentice carpenter who is keen to learn. You will be working in a close knit team on a diverse range of projects and will be taught a wide array of skills and techniques. Basic skills are an advantage but good attitude and character will be most highly valued. As we are a small company, the successful applicant will have to be a good fit with our team and culture.
