Progress Progress Progress! Work is coming nicely at the Hart Business Centre. More excitingly, the top floor is now fully leased and will be custom developed to the lessee's requirements! We are now taking enquiries for first floor tenancies between 50-450 square metres. PM for more details.

A few visuals of the 2 x entrances recently designed by Kelsie and Liv at S. Group. They have done an amazing job with the space. We have tenancies available now which can be secured now for Dec/Jan move in. Office spaces can be be fully designed and customised to your requirements. Inbox us for more info.

We recently acquired a bunch of old photos of our building which are from during and after construction. This has to be one of our favourites. Does anyone have any thoughts on what year it could have been taken? No idea? Tag someone who may know!
