Homestead Fencing are currently looking for fencing installers to join our team for an immediate start.

Experience in the construction of Colorbond, Timber, Weldmesh, Aluminium Screening, Glass & Aluminium Pool Fencing is prefered.

As a Sub-Contractor, applicants must have their own ABN, insurances, reliable vehicle and tools.

Applicants also need to be reliable, punctual and have the ability to read site plans.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn a high income. All work is paid by the lineal metre.

Swimming pool rules change - Are You Ready?

From last Friday 29th of April 2016 new laws came into effect for pool owners in NSW.

A copy of a valid certificate of compliance or relevant occupation certificate must be attached to new residential tenancy agreements if renting a property with a swimming pool or spa pool.

Also, if you are buying or selling a home after this date you must have attached to the sales contract a valid certificate of compliance. If this is not attached the contract will be deemed incomplete.

In the last 13 years 83 children have died in backyard pools in NSW.
