CVA Waterproofing Services is looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join our growing business in a full-time casual position. This is a hands-on role working across epoxy flooring, joint sealing, and waterproofing projects.

About the Role:
• Work across various sites on epoxy flooring, joint sealing, and waterproofing jobs
• Learn our systems and processes with support from experienced team members
• Maintain a professional attitude on-site and take pride in workmanship

Requirements:
• Current driver’s license and reliable transport (we may provide a vehicle after probation for the right candidate)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Physically fit and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Please note: This role is not suitable for international students or backpackers – we are looking for long-term, committed employees.

We may also consider ABN/subcontractor arrangements, depending on experience and suitability.

Wages & Benefits:
• Starting from $35/hour + superannuation
• Wages may vary based on your experience and skills
• Opportunities for wage increase and growth within the company
