Toorak Gardens Project

How to describe this recent renovation? Simply homely. This is a space for living in and sharing with others.

Starting in the kitchen, features to spot are: drop down dining table on the island bench, display area at the end of the cabinetry run, four tall pantry cabinets, an integrated walk through two fabulous 3 meter tall doors where the cabinetry seamlessly joins into the butlers pantry, laundry and guests bathrooms.

The butlers pantry boasts a very nifty side access appliance cabinet, wet area with dishwasher, preparation area, pyroletic oven, combi oven-microwave and fridges.

Whilst the laundry boasts two hamper / laundry basket pullouts, under bench washer and dryer, linen storage a must and a hanging rail to be sure that we have thought of everything.

2 pack Patricia doors finished in Dulux Natural White, with woodgrain features in Laminex Sublime Teak. All stone benchtops and splashbacks are Caesarstone Calacatta Sillstorm.

We have been looking forward to sharing this renovation with you for some time now.

A special project where we have been able to create a very, very large kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry all seamlessly joined together as one continuous piece of cabinetry spanning over 12 meters long, over 8 meters wide and just shy of 3 meters tall. Absolutely massive.

However, through thoughtful design and selections, the scale still feels human. Instead of feeling overwhelmingly large, it simply feels homely.

Hallett Cove Project

Who doesn't love a before and after?

This new kitchen is elegant, timeless, practical & beautiful.

So, where to start? Let's start with the feature curved timber bar back accentuated by the decorative pendant and subtly finished with the woodgrain floating shelves. The soft feel of the satin 2Pac Emma doors finished in Halo White blend in seamlessly with the Calacatta Signature benchtops.

The Fisher & Paykel integrated fridge and the two pantry cabinets with some subtle feature handles. The hidden appliance nook, the integrated Miele dishwasher & quality Fisher & Paykel induction cooktop, pyroletic oven, built in microwave and concealed rangehood. Of course, all trades and work coordinated by Davis & Park.

Craigburn Farm Project

This kitchen renovation was a total success. Kitchen? Check. Butlers Pantry? Check. Cover the existing floors? Check. Pain free, coordinated trades and works? Yes please!

The cabinetry features 2 pack Patricia doors in Halo White, set off by 40mm honed Carrara marble benchtops and feature splashback. Two Miele ovens easily fit with plenty of storage space left after we fitted a pullout pantry, drawers wherever we could and optimised storage in the new butlers pantry area. Working with existing woodgrain tones, the grange satin brass handles & the goose neck tap tie in seamlessly with the existing home. All of these design elements make this modern kitchen sit in the home effortlessly, as if it had been part of the original plan.
