First house we have done on the point at Seventeen seventy , loving the copper cladding on this one it really compliments the render!

As all blockwork was painted we decided to use the bag render system on this one, it’s not my preferred method whoever it has its place. First time I’ve also used plastic beads in years!

Using Rockcote keycote as a base cote to stick to the paint, then rendering all walls with Rockcote PM100 straightening and floating all walls. Fibreglass mesh was installed over any openings that were filled in.

Then finally we sealed all walls and finished them with Dulux Sienna advance tinted up to surf mist to achieve a nice modern look.

We will be back at this job in 4 or 5 weeks to complete all the retaining walls & boat shed!

A Complete make over for this 60 year old home in Bundaberg , brought it straight back to life!

Using Sand and cement render as a base-cote finished off with Dulux Sienna advanced texture.

Window sills were knocked off and all walls were straightened & floated ready for Dulux tex-prime prior to applying sienna advanced texture.

Project Award, new client - Paynters!

Works have commenced on site this week at Nobal Life Pacific Aged Care Facility, Tannum Sands.

Spread across 5.3ha, this 4 storey building will have 100 two, and three-bedroom retirement living villas, a 104-bed residential aged care facility, and includes community facilities.

This building will be renderd using site mixed sand and cement, with a sponge finish - a whopping 2,250 m2 of it!

It’s great to be on-board with Paynters, as they have more up-and-coming projects in the Central Queensland region.
