Well well it has been a long 12 months since we've closed up the business. Pete had his first total revision knee replacement, got 10 cm blood clot and then 6 weeks later got his 2nd total knee replacement.
Since then we had pneumonia, then came along out of breath with doing minor tasks such as dishes a walk around in backyard.
And we are still trying to figure out what is causing this issue.
He has had 2 echocardiogram - 1 @ mater and 1@ base which took about 4months to get results. Still no answers. Cardiologist @ base thinking put on new meds and hoping that is the answer. Nope blood pressure is normal but still out of breath. Waiting to do Ct scan of heart (28th May) and then back for results on (5june).
And for the knee....which is the reason he went of work 12 months ago. Still having issues with the bend but now his knee cap has moved over to the right(which maybe from a fall in the shed fixing the lawn mower and a fall in the dam ). Second opinion was to do an aspiration. Did the last Tuesday (10 march) and was told they got 7mls fluid out. Next week will get results of the fluid. At the end of the month goes for a nuclear medicine (apparently that tests the bone).
We have had alot going on inthe last month or so with pete health issue. Hoping we get some answers so we can move forward.

Well it's been nearly a week since we seen the surgeon and he was pleased with petes progress so we don't have to go under. Now he just has to keep up with the his work. At present not feeling crushed hot been to doctors today and will be getting bloods done tomorrow. Will keep u all posted with his progress.

4 months on from pete surgery. What adventure we have had with recovery. From last update, Peter had to go back in again at 6 weeks (9may) to have the knee redone as the angle was slightly off and would have had issues done the track. 2nd surgery went well(no seizures or low blood pressure- only minor bleeding from the wound. That got sorted pretty quick) now he is on the mend with physio twice a week and also chrico/massaging/dry needling to help muscles move again. The knee just hasn't wanted to bend as should(Lot of scar tissue preventing this). Pete has worked hard at getting where he is now, he's able to get on the bike and and do the turning. Last visit to the physio he got the bend up to 110(with pushing) and with the bit of ease(no pushing) of 104 degree bend.
We have appointment tomorrow with the surgeon to see weather he will go back under for manipulation of the knee.🙏that he has enough bend not to go under for more surgery . If he keeps this up I think we will be good.

Been a while since we have posted as we've shut up shop for at least 6months while pete recovers from his surgery. Pete is recovering as well as suspected. 2 week check up with surgeon went well and is happy with petes progress. And today he is going to have his first physio session today. He has been doing exercises around the house let see how well he goes today.

Does anyone want some lawns to mow. Unfortunately what has happened with pete going for surgery and not to continue with mowing, We have clients that need their lawns mowed. To our valued customers, We are sorry to inform you, we are closing Imow & Igarden as from today as peter is going in for knee replacement next month and wants to be in good physical and mental health for this surgery. We will see how he is after surgery / recovery period and we will see where we stand around july if he feels up to returning to mowing.
We have Get Turfed who is willing to take on some of our customers (not all customers) to mow until Peter return to work.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause some of our valued customers. It was hard to choose who we would keep and the decision to close down because the workers were becoming unreliable to attend work and not knowing if they would turn up to work while pete was recovering from his surgery. We felt it is Pete reputation on the line . Once again sorry for the inconvenience to our customers.
