👷🏼‍♂️ Meet our Team 👷🏼‍♂️

Emmanuel - Apprentice

Emmanuel had been interested in roofing for a while, so when the chance to start an apprenticeship came up he jumped at it. No regrets (well at least we hope not) though the roofing sheets and the heat have made sure he’s earning every bit of that apprenticeship.

Since starting he’s learning quickly that there’s a lot more that goes into plumbing and roofing than people realise. Turns out it’s not as simple as it looks.

A good day for Emmanuel is a big day, the bigger the roofing job the better he reckons.
He’s most proud of how much he’s picked up in the short time he’s worked for the company.

Off the tools, Emmanuel loves playing golf or hanging out with his family and friends.

He’s picked up a couple of nicknames so far. It started with “instructions” because as a first year he needed a fair bit of guidance. These days he’s mostly known as “Mexican”

We asked him to describe the team in one word, he said fun.

We also asked the team for one word to describe Emmanuel. Lachy and Alex both said hard working and Michael said he’s developing more confidence each week 😊

👷🏼‍♂️ Meet our Team 👷🏼‍♂️

Michael - Owner & Tradesman

Michael has been a plumber since 1993, the day he was born (Jokes. He actually started his apprenticeship at 14 and he is turning 33 this year. So you do the maths.)

He originally wanted to be a builder but he fell into plumbing and never looked back. No two jobs are ever the same and there’s always something new everyday. He did manage to get his carpentry license along the way though, so he holds a dual trade.

A good day for Michael looks like having a laugh, getting the job done and looking back at what his team has achieved together.

Off the tools, he mostly annoys everyone in his house and then goes to sleep. His words 😂

What’s he most proud of? The staff and the culture. You’ll never find our team without someone throwing around banter or giving each other a hard time and that’s exactly how we like it.

We asked the team for one word to describe Michael. The boys just looked at each other and immediately said autistic then cracked up laughing. On a more serious note, Alex said he was a great boss, Emmanuel said short, Lachy said funny and Kristy said a great mentor.
