- External windows and walls cleaned twice per year
- Gutters cleaned twice per year
- Tip run twice per year up to 2m3 (greenwaste/steel/timber/household rubbish - NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS)
- Shrubs/Hedges/ tree hanging branches (under 4m height) pruned yearly.
- Fruit tree pruning yearly
