Well its that time again and this Christmas is a little different for us as we will be moving office.
Always good to complicate a busy time...

So we will be off the air from Monday the 22nd of December and we will return on January the 12th full of vim and vigour!

Given our posts have been sparse this year I have posted our favourite project for the year for your Seasonal enjoyment. West Residence at Lower Belford. Great client, great builder!

And this one's big at close to 1000 sqm. Wouldn't want to be cleaning that one... It includes an attached fully serviced unit for a family member, hence the size and its an interpretation of the client's love of Georgian era style

The Hamptons look has really taken off with every second request for a design with some acknowledgment to this look. Some years back we had a crack at creating a version for a client seeking the Hamptons look. Trouble was it was a site with a significant slope.
