Well that's a wrap for the year with finishing up on some bulkheads over new cupboards👌🏽.

A client needed a old air-conditioner removed so it can be replaced with a split system. Which was done with removing and replacing sarking, new weather boards and patching interior ready for painting.

A client wanted there office turned into a bathroom and keep the timber flooring. So with a little work I have achieved this, with 19mm flooring , nib walls built and sheeted in 9mm villa-board, set ready for painting.
