A friend and I have been slightly obsessed 🤪 for some time now in finding the perfect crispy chilli oil 🌶️ My clever friend came across the superb and utterly delicious sixeyedscorpion crispy chilli oil and we both knew the search was over 😮‍💨
Founded in Melbourne by chef Sandra Seah and designer Jordana Adams ,this powerhouse couple have built a brand that’s all about bold flavour , community and sustainability. Every jar is handmade in small batches with fresh Tassie shallots fried to perfection then infused with aromatics for over 48 hours for unmuted depth .
Their hard work has been recognised in a big way winning six gold awards -and counting ❤️

Winter is a special time of the year wander , ponder and wind down ,releasing pure essential oils on your home is a wonderful way to unwind or rewind . One of my personal favourites to burn this time of year is Lemon Myrtle oil , Backhousia citriodora , a beautiful Australian shrub or small tree that has a a fresh lemon , citrus aroma 🍋
