Bathroom renovation we recently completed in Port Kennedy.

To give the room a bigger feel we moved the vanity to the other side.

The shower got modernised by swapping the taps for a mixer and changing the location for practicality when setting the shower water temperature.

We attended this job in response to a report of dripping water from the inside bottom story concrete ceiling.

We found the leak to be in a very fortunate location, behind the upstairs bathroom bathtub, which saved having to pull the bathroom apart.

The copper hot pipe feeding the upstairs bathroom was in quite bad condition and was terribly supported by brick ties all the way down the cavity.

We created a nice neat access opening into the face brickwork, repaired the leak, replaced the section of pipe and installed a temporary covering to shield from the weather.
All of this resulted with a very happy customer!
