Some of what’s been keeping my days as hectic as the w**d growth 🥰

1st job of the day a rent inspection tidy up….the ‘lawn’ drove me nuts as it was evident not much care/thought was put in when laying it and tenants are left to deal 😫 pulling the w**ds in the lawn lifts the rolls 🤦🏽‍♀️
2nd job,completing monthly maintenance for owners return.
3rd job I had some eager volunteers straight after school ..’team work makes the dream work’ 💪🏼

Today we had a little look at back at some of how the place looked when I first visited 🤪 monthly visits has kept it getting out of hand 🥰 can see a few of my winging it additions to the place to keep his costs down eg brick edging,repurposed items,todays ‘need to stop the dig getting out til I get a gate’ improvised gate using whatever was laying around 🤪🙈never know what’s on the agenda for the day until I arrive 🤣
