Price Increase and Service Changes
We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our pricing for Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance services.
Starting January 1, 2025, the hourly rate will increase from $55 to $70. per hr.
These prices are a guide and some will be quoted priced differently if circumstances see fit
( size of property , size of job . length of grass etc)
We have also come to the decision that the gardening side will be getting reduced on the services we provide due to equipment needing replacing
W**d Spraying will be Removed due to a number of factors
Additionally, we will be implementing a cleaning fee of $15 to $30 ( depending on yard size ) , which will apply if animal waste has not been removed prior to our visit. This decision comes after careful consideration, as failure to remove waste can cause significant damage to our equipment & time delays to other clientele
Please note, the current pricing will remain in effect until the new rates take effect in the new year.
