Yet another client that I am back in less than a year. Family function at home on the weekend, so all prepped up and cleaned.
Yellow coloured concrete pavers looking worse for wear that has turned totally black and many with mold also. Now restored to original colour.

Concrete retaining walls were very grimey, mouldy and mossy, now so much better. Concrete driveway given a spruce up to total clean again. Coloured steps, pavers and retaining walls at rear were also black and need a severe clean and looking fantastic now also.
The spa cover also looks like new after being heavily stained.

Lastly, cleaned the tiles on the 2 balconies on different levels

Property restored to spotless for now and leaves a very impressive look all around.

With all this on off rain we have had , it doesn't take long for mould and moss to come back, especially if there is insufficient drainage.

Yet another perfect case returning to a client's property to have it ready for a gathering.

Brick pavers and retaining walls transformed from green and black top multi colour shades of orange. Grimey concrete paths and driveway cleaned up very well.

Badly and permanently stained sandstone pavers getting harder to clean each visit, looking much better than they were, and sandstone walls and garden retaining walls just glowing with colour now.

My client, in her own words, is very appreciative of my professionalism yet again.

It never amazes me when I return to properties to do a clean knowing full well that they are going to look like they were never cleaned due to the layout and placement with water flow and shade. This is a perfect example with a fantastic bunch of transformations that turn the ugly duckling into a princess. more WOW! factor again today.

Coloured concrete pavers that were black with so much grime buildup as well as the adjacent retaining walls actually worse as they also had moss and algae and weeds everywhere. The travertine was just generally dirty from dust from nature but are in the sun so never really see these in really bad condition except for the steps.

Always so inspiring to change people's living lives in this way.

An all day job today with lots of challenges. Client told me that previous pressure washing was too powerful and had damaged the surface of the pavers. This meant that for these pavers, the dirt is set hard into the stone and extremely difficult to clean. I said that I would soft wash them to prevent more damage. Did the best I could, but still an excellent result considering the damaged surface.

The dining table and chairs, especially the chairs were so mouldy it took well over half an hour to clean the whole set but WOW ! Like new.

Then the 2nd half of the job about half way in the before/after pics here, heading to the front was my favourite transformations - sandstone. Extremely grimey, extremely mouldy, with the stairs almost completely black and green and areas of the sandstone capping were either stained along the caps with an certain area high up they were completly black - never seen that before, but the after pictures are WOW, WOW, WOW!

Such a super job. Client was amazed with the wood work I did earlier in the day, but still hasnt had a chance to see outside because of being in a meeting, So no doubt she will be thrilled!

Now, almost 7pm, time for lunch.

More great transformations today..........

Beginning the day with cleaning some extremely heavily grimed, mouldy and many weeds between the joints of these coloured pavers that were 95% black instead of yellow.The surrounding retaining walls were the colour of rust, they were stained by algae and mould that bad and the finished look makes them look like they were just painted. Spectacular! Same thing goes with the sandstone planters- from black to as new.

The painted screen as well as some of the side of the house all had mould removed and looking freshly painted.

Some woodwork also cleaned up very well which was very slippery when wet which was the same for the concrete driveway which also cleaned up extremely well.

Client is over the moon with the results.

I can't believe how cold it is and it's not even winter yet!
Rugged up today to prepare a house for a party celebration for a new client recommended to me for tonight and tomorrow.

Cleaning yellow coloured concrete pavers at rear, removing mold and lichen off woodwork at the pergola and side of house that never sees sun.

Next was the garden shed that was covered in about 4 inches of leaves, dirt and even a few inches high of moss in the channel and also shed completely covered in spider webs.

Very grimey concrete path, moldy sandstone, brick pavers which are so clean and beaming with colour again. Front of house was all dark grey pavers and even darker grey coloured concrete driveway and paths, which were impossible to take photos when you are cleaning black off black!

Finished off with council driveway and kerb and did my best to rid the rusty colour kerb and gutter to make it better somewhat.

Clients very happy with the work. Happy weekend all!

Cleaning a block of units at Mona Vale that hasn't been done for 10 years and the results are superb, loved so much by all the unit holders that were onsite and also acknowledging my great work, removing so many stains around the entire property and were there some serious stains everywhere!

All the concrete ares were heavily to severely grimed and moldy in many areas, including adjacent painted walls, and now looking like new.
The entrance stone with the street number and letter boxes was absolutely disgusting with severe mold stains that took several attempts to clean, as were all the inner and outer retaining walls of the property and garden and to people's disbelief now looking like new.

The tiled areas were not so bad and had typical dirty grout joints and surface tiles not too dirty.

Yet another super job!
