R U OK? Day 2026 💛
At SGA Balustrades, we spend our days building things — but today is a reminder that sometimes the most important thing we can build is a connection with the people around us.
This year’s message is “Ask R U OK? Any Day.” Because checking in with a mate, workmate, family member or someone who just doesn’t seem themselves shouldn’t be limited to one day a year.
You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes just asking “Are you OK?”, listening properly and giving someone the time to talk can make a bigger difference than you realise.
So today, check in on your mates — and keep checking in tomorrow too.
