Hello from Sydney! 👋

No, I’m not travelling very far this time, but I have checked into a hotel for two days of Team Leader training with Thermomix, and it’s been fascinating already.

Today we spent a lot of time learning about coaching, leadership, and how to help others grow and succeed. What always amazes me is how much of this training applies not just to business, but to everyday life as well.

This isn’t my first rodeo as a Team Leader. In fact, I’m stepping back into leadership because I recognise just how many valuable skills it gave me over the past 10 years. The personal growth, confidence, communication skills, and ability to support others have all stayed with me long after the title itself.

And if I’m honest, I think I’m a bit of a Thermomix lifer. ❤️

I love this business, I love helping customers, and I’m excited about the opportunity to help develop other consultants into confident, successful business owners—and maybe even future Team Leaders themselves.
