Today was a great example of what strong teamwork looks like.
A customer had a tree fall onto their mains cable this morning. Ergon disconnected power at 9:00am.
By 10:30–11:00am, Our field teams were on site, and they’ve now completed the works — with the job looking outstanding and ready for Ergon to reconnect.
That’s speed, ownership, and ex*****on.
Also want to acknowledge our estimator for stepping in and supporting the team through a few hiccups along the way — solutions were found, and the job got done right.
