At the Zero Residence, window furnishings were considered as part of the architectural vision from the very beginning, allowing every detail to be integrated with intention.

Working closely alongside Reitsma and Gray Construction Group, we collaborated early in the build process to ensure the curtain systems aligned seamlessly with the home’s unique concrete forms.

Tracks were recessed directly into the concrete ceiling plane before transitioning seamlessly into custom-built cavities for face-fixed applications, creating a clean, uninterrupted finish throughout the home.

This level of integration simply isn’t possible without early collaboration. When window furnishings are considered during the design phase, they become more than a functional addition, they become part of the architecture itself.
