Our Moani Avenue project in Gymea! 🏦

This is a residential flat building development of 34 apartments distributed over 4 levels.

The challenge was to smoothly integrate a high density building into an existing build environment by the amalgamation of 3 smaller lots.

The design provides intimacy and protection from the railway corridor located at the east of the site.

We are for the community. Check out our aged care project in Elara Boulevard, Marsden Park! 👴 👵

Aged care design was always a field that we cherished involving in, due to its social and personal dimensions.

Located in a tranquil urban area, the site was a perfect choice for offering a pleasant and peaceful environment for the seniors, while keeping them connected with the city life and vibration.

The discreet design was well integrated in the low density area, by well articulated, low-high volumes.

Our state of the art 54 unit apartment building in Botany Council ☀️🍀

The site was triangular in nature and very constrained. Our design solution referenced a sailing boat in its sleek form and expression and the result is a striking piece of gateway architecture that catches and holds the eye.

Due to the nature of the site we had to negotiate greatly reduced side setbacks from the council who supported this due to the design quality of the building.

Aged care design was always a field that we cherished involving in, due to its social and personal dimensions.

Located in the Southern Highlands, the site was a perfect choice for offering a pleasant and peaceful environment for the seniors.

Our project is designed to provide high-quality, affordable housing for seniors offering a range of options that cater to different lifestyles and budgets. We were also focused on fostering a sense of community among the residents, by providing opportunities for social interaction in different common areas and facilities.

Introducing our architectural marvel in Port Kembla where cutting-edge design meets unparalleled elegance to create a home that redefines luxury living.

A substantial sloping clifftop site with some of the best coastal views demanded an extraordinary design solution.

The views were south facing and the wind chill and strength needed extreme building solutions to accommodate.

We designed a three storey high glass entry tower to the north street side and flooded the house over from the rear with sun and warmth. Passive solar design at its best.

Gracious and classical 220 unit apartment building – Kuringai Council. 🏦

When our client advised they had bought a whole street in Sydney’s North Shore suburb of Roseville we were thrilled and mortified!

How would we get this approved – what would the community opposition be like? The pressure was added when we were told we needed Kuringai Council approval in 3 months and the surrounding developments had taken up to 3 years through a court process.

Our solution was not just to create a design solution that would satisfy the very high end traditional architectural brief but add value to the community and be acceptable to council.

By an extensive and intensive consultation program and revisions to the initial scheme we got the objections down to single figures and the approval in just over 12 months.
