To my Dear Customers, thank you 🙏 .

The time has come for me to hang up my gardening boots and retire. I have enjoyed every minute of the work in your lovely gardens, the many pats with your dogs and our friendly chats each time we crossed paths.

I’m delighted to let you know my young colleague and friend, Aidan Yates has taken over the business and will continue exactly where I left off.

So from this old green thumb to you and your families, best wishes and thanks again.

It’s lawn renovation season.

Is your lawn too thick or too spongy? Did you realise that that spongy feeling may end up damaging or even destroying your precious lawn. Thatch is the build up of layers of stolons between the surface and the leaves of the plant.

Removing thatch from your Buffalo grass lawn is essential for lawn health. Thatch blocks water, nutrients, and air from reaching the roots, leading to poor growth and increased susceptibility to diseases like brown patch. It also creates a breeding ground for pests like beetles and encourages soil compaction, which weakens the root system.
