Was catching up with a few clients and Architects today, with two projects of particular interest: first one being a small development in Brunswick: check out the three stories of concrete cantilever with the deliberate broken off effect. Then the second project: a art deco duplex with a mud century vibe finished in complete wall to wall orange! Really inspiring projects to be part of and aiming to insert a landscape to match their creativity and endless boundaries. Will keep you posted!

Nice little riverbed reconstruction in Blackburn’s bellbird environmental zone. This is a small stage of a few more larger ones to go - it’s a gradual process of removing the environmental weeds and rebuilding a naturalistic landscape that improves the biodiversity value of the site.

Enjoying some mid winter recharging in our great outback… plus filling up the creativity landscape tank from Mother Nature herself. Oh the inspiration is endless!

The essence of constructing a truely natural, native and indigenous landscape is aiming to recreate a copy of the naturally formed world. Think about it, there is no rule book, no boundaries, no guidelines. Just whatever imagination and creativity you possess that aims to equal the natural world around us. The closer you get, the better!
