Gillman Industrial Estate Stage 1 explores a more considered approach to industrial architecture, bringing together logistics and community-focused amenity within a contemporary built form.

Designed across two warehouse tenancies totalling over 10,000 sqm, the development also incorporates a purpose-built medical facility for Corporate Health Group and an integrated café activation. The architectural response balances the practical demands of industrial operations with a refined streetscape presence, combining efficient planning and publicly accessible spaces within a cohesive precinct outcome.

The Concept Y team is proud to have contributed to a project that rethinks the experience of the industrial precinct through a more connected and human-centred architectural approach. Thank you to Ahrens and Harmony for having us on board for this project.

.au in Cheltenham takes a considered approach to the industrial warehouse. Designed as a micro-warehouse community, it responds to the needs of contemporary business with spaces that are both flexible and purposeful.

Generous volumes support a range of uses, while a refined material palette and carefully resolved detailing introduce a quieter, more composed environment. The industrial language remains, but is tempered with clarity and restraint.

The team came together at Secret Kitchen in Chinatown to celebrate Chinese New Year and welcome the Year of the Horse. Last Friday, the team came together to celebrate the end of the year — starting with plenty of laughs (and competitive spirit) at Archery Attack, before settling in for dinner and drinks at Kirks Cellar.

With a tailored menu, great wine, and a relaxed atmosphere, it was a chance to slow down, connect as a team, and reflect on a year of shared effort and collaboration. It was a relaxed and memorable way to celebrate the year together.

A big thank you to CMW Design & Construct for generously inviting some of our team members to attend the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Annual Christmas Lunch last Friday.

Held at the Palladium at Crown and hosted by comedian Dilruk Jayasinha, the event brought together industry peers for an afternoon of great food, wine, and festive entertainment. It was a wonderful way to round off the year and connect with colleagues across the property sector.

Our project with Moonah Tree Capital in Direk brings together scale, functionality, and comfort in one impressive industrial facility.
