Elevate Lawn & Garden Care is seeking an experienced Parks & Gardens team member to maintain and enhance a portfolio of premium residential properties across Melbourne.

This role is suited to a motivated professional who takes pride in presentation, has strong horticultural knowledge, and understands the expectations of high-end clientele.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the ongoing care and improvement of established, high-value gardens, including:

Detailed horticultural maintenance of premium landscapes

Plant identification, health diagnostics and corrective treatments

Application of fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides in line with safety guidelines

Turf management, pruning, soil conditioning and seasonal programs

Client-facing work with an emphasis on quality and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification or equivalent experience in gardening

Strong knowledge of plant varieties, turf species, soil health and chemicals

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Physically fit – this is an active, outdoor role

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Elevate Lawn & Garden Care is a growing landscape and garden maintenance business based in Knoxfield, and we are currently seeking both 1st Year Apprentice Landscapers and Qualified / Experienced Gardeners to join our team.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working outdoors in all weather conditions. If you enjoy being active, take pride in your work, and want to build a career in landscaping and garden maintenance, we would love to hear from you.
Positions Available
1️⃣ 1st Year Apprentice Landscaper
Ideal for school leavers or career starters wanting to build a trade.
2️⃣ Qualified - Experienced Gardeners & Landscapers
For motivated professionals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lawn maintenance, pruning, hedging and garden clean-ups
Soft landscaping and minor construction works
Working with a small team across residential and commercial properties
Operating hand tools and machinery
Delivering high-quality results with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
Willingness to perform physical outdoor work
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Driver’s licence preferred (or working towards)
For qualified roles – relevant experience or certificates
