🌿ABOUT THE ROLE:
o Full time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours if required
o Immediate start
o Pay negotiable for the right person
o Company car and fuel card provided
o Uniform provided
o Fortnightly pay
🌿DO YOU HAVE?
o A passion for learning new skills
o Excellent customer, communication and organisational skills
o Reliable
o A strong work ethic and take pride in their work
o General maintenance experience is preferable but not essential
o Experience working as part of a team
o Competent in operating general maintenance equipment
o Takes initiative, and able to work efficiently unsupervised and when under pressure
o Valid and current driving licence
o Currently hold or willingness to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Check
🌿DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Perform tasks (e.g. pruning, planting, pest and disease control and turf management) using correct horticultural practices.
o Mowing, edging and maintenance of customer lawns
o W**d gardens and paths as required
o Water and feed lawns and gardens as requested
o Sweeping/blowing of paths and hard surfaces
o Assist in landscape and garden tidy up projects as required
o Assist with removal of green and hard waste as required
o Hedging and trimming of shrubs and trees
o Ensure gardening equipment is operated safely, carefully and is maintained
o Understand and ensure the implementation of Aloe There Gardening company values - Safety, Quality, Reliability, Communication, Innovation and Punctuality
o Report all safety hazards and incidents to management
o Report all customer or site issues to management
o Gutter cleans
