We received a job request the other day from the Body Corporate of a unit complex out in Brunswick that we occasionally do work for as it's needed. They wanted a large branch cut up and removed that had snapped off a Gum tree and fallen through a section of their fence into the neighbouring property, which happened to be the local park. Luckily, the branch landed in an unpopulated area adjacent the park, and fortunately away from the direction of the units and common areas. Luck?
