Jordyn Sinni had a very up and down this weekend at Darwin.
From putting it in the fence in practice 1 to hoping the time sheets in practice 2.
Not a great qualification but the best start out of everyone gaining 6 spots in race one.
Starting p10 and awesome start again gaining 3 spots before being knocked of track and going from 7th to last but fighting back taking 5 spots, unfortunately getting a penalty along the way.

YV sheds & barns have been proud to support Jordyn for a few years now and we very proud to see him him grow and drive like a absolute legend.

Does your new shed home quote comply with the new NCC2025?

Buying a shed interstate? Read this first.

Not all “NCC compliant” claims mean the same thing right now. Some states are only just adopting NCC 2022, while Victoria has already adopted the new NCC 2025.
That means a shed homes designed for one state (or an old code) can turn into permit headaches, redesign costs, delays, or worse, something that simply won’t fly with your surveyor.

If you’re looking at one of those "too-cheap-to-be-true" interstate deals, ask them straight:
Which NCC edition is this engineered to? Does it meet NCC2025 for Victoria?
Will you supply a proper permit/engineering pack that a Victorian building surveyor will accept? Including a Reg126 included in the price?
Are you cutting corners on steel, bracing, fixings, or engineering to hit that price?

Also ensure they have a plan to plan to help you meet 7 star energy rating

Ask them if they know why you should start with a 22.5° pitched roof over a 10° pitch roof.

If they don't know answers like this and don't meet the nee NCC then they shouldn't be selling kit homes
