🔨 Construct a new frame to extend part of the decked area
🔨 Lay Merbau decking boards from PY Timber Warehouse

A backyard makeover was desperately needed for this property. The priorities were to fix a rotten & falling down fence, replace unsafe decking and sunken paving that was causing drainage issues, popped pavers & the dividing wall to fall!
📍Replace timber fence
📍Lay Travertine pavers on a new concrete slab with sufficient drainage
📍Rebuild decking using Merbau decking
📍Lay synthetic grass
📍Install Form Boss garden edging
📍Rebuild dividing wall & clad using James Hardie cladding
📍Plants & trees with irrigation to all pots & garden
