Paul takes us through this recently completed project in Balwyn, where a heavily sloping block has been completely transformed into a landscape designed for everyday living, entertaining, and making the most of this beautiful home.
This was a full design and construct project where the site was carefully reshaped to unlock its full potential. Through thoughtful planning and significant earthworks, the land was cut, retained and levelled to create usable spaces across the entire property.
The front of the home has been thoughtfully reshaped to create a welcoming sense of arrival. Out the back, the site has been fully transformed into a flat space featuring a full-size tennis court, pool, and alfresco area, all designed to work seamlessly together. Retaining walls have been carefully integrated to support the land and make the most of every inch.
There’s a lot of work beneath the surface too. Drainage and structural elements were carefully coordinated so the landscape functions exactly as it should, without detracting from the overall look and feel.
