Some times customers supply their own products, as an installer we recommend our own products so there are no issues, and they are fully covered by our manufacturers Incase of faulty floors!!
This here is an example of a floor that was supplied and had a lot of problems with, there can be also a problem with mixed batches of floor boards, new products that come out and older products that are still in factories.
Please don’t buy inferior products and be very weary of companies like this that don’t recognise their product faults...
And won’t refund you your money!
Any products we supply and install are covered by installation faults (not that we have any) but mainly faulty products if there are Any at all, our manufacturers will replace and warrant any issues at all.
