Eco Matter is a sustainable, flat-woven carpet collection created by Ege Carpets in collaboration with the renowned design studio Snøhetta. Snøhetta developed a generative design process based on digital randomness. Using code as a medium, randomized algorithms dictate a constantly shifting, non-linear woven composition. This makes the texture feel organic, fluid, and closer to a natural landscape than a machine-made surface.
