Engineered timber installation completed in Mornington — with a very important final inspection from Rose 👌🏼

This deck was still in good shape structurally, it just needed a proper refresh.

We replaced the worn boards, applied decking tape to the joists for added protection, and finished it with a fresh coating of Ultra Deck to bring it back to life and protect it moving forward.

Small details like this make a big difference — it doesn’t always take a full rebuild to completely change how a space feels.

From repairs to refinished.

This one needed a section of boards removed and replaced before we could sand and refinish the rest of the floor to match it all back in seamlessly.

Once everything was prepped, the full floor was sanded and coated to bring it back to a clean, consistent finish.

Always satisfying seeing it come together properly in the end.
