ASC Water Tanks is an energetic and growing company based in Dandenong South, Victoria that was established in 2007. As a result of strong growth in the pump industry we are on the hunt for a Water Pump Division Manager to support and grow our business.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual that is keen to get into a business that is fast moving and an opportunity to grow our largest growing sector in the business. You will play a big role in laying the foundation for the future growth of the company in this division.
This candidate should be comfortable with to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with current and new customers.
Conduct in store product training for sales staff
Supporting stores with quoting and managing lead times
Set and exceed sales targets
Track and report sales in organised manner
Communicate effectively with other members of team
Assist clients with advice and support to help grow their business
Represent ASC Water Tanks at trade shows and events
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience within the pump industry
Have knowledge and work experience with lifting stations
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Ability to travel interstate and regionally in order to do business
Genuine and trustworthy person
Positive team player who is highly organised
