After somebody painted the original cast iron years ago, it’ll look just like it did 100 years ago.

After a painstaking process, sanding, filling and replacing intricate pieces of timber, this beautiful staircase is almost ready for painting.
Five and half weeks of preparation on this 1880’s home and the first little bit of paint has been applied.
A new wall vent matched to the 145 year old one, is ready to be installed.
