The best ensuites feel closer to a hotel than a bathroom.

Full-height stone, a freestanding tub set against the window, and shutters that let you have the light without the neighbours. Every fitting here was selected early, because tapware, waste positions and heating all have to be locked in long before the tiler arrives.

Get the rough-in right and the finishes look effortless. Get it wrong and no amount of stone will save it.

Exterior lighting is an art, melding atmosphere with architecture.

It’s not simply a case of making things *brighter*. It’s about giving outdoor spaces feeling - a calmer arrival, a softer sense of safety, and outdoor zones that still feel like rooms once the sun goes down.

We think about it in layers: a warm welcome at the entry, subtle guidance along paths and steps, and feature lighting that reveals form and texture without glare.
