Balcony Waterproofing & Caulking Project Completed in Hawthorn 🏗️

This balcony had been experiencing ongoing water ingress issues for several years. Working closely with the builder, we developed a complete waterproofing solution to permanently rectify the problem and provide long-term protection for our client.

Our waterproofing system included:

-UnderScreed Application-
✔️ Ardex WPM 300 Epoxy Moisture Barrier
✔️ Ardex WPM 1000 Sheet Membrane

-Overscreed Application-
✔️ Ardex 265 primer
✔️ Two coats of Ardex WPM 002 Class III Waterproof Membrane

✔️ Complete caulking package was also carried out by our team

By combining premium Ardex waterproofing products with correct preparation, detailing, and sealing, we've delivered a complete waterproofing system designed to stand the test of time.

Another project completed in Mont Albert for a valued client we've had the pleasure of working with for close to 10 years.

This project included the waterproofing of three bathrooms, a powder room, and a laundry, all completed using the Gripset 38FC waterproofing system.

Gripset 38FC is one of our preferred waterproofing membranes due to its excellent performance, reliability, and rapid drying time. This allows tiling and construction works to continue sooner, helping keep projects moving efficiently, especially during the colder months.

Waterproofing works completed on this retaining wall in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula using Gripset BRW HD Sheet Membrane.

Back on site in Blairgowrie, Mornington Peninsula getting this big retaining wall protected the right way.

Stage one was Gripset E60 epoxy primer as a moisture barrier to lock everything down.
We then installed Gripset BRW PFN sheet membrane to give the wall a tough, long-term waterproofing system built to handle the subterrain conditions.
