A boundary trap we replaced along with 2 meters of new pvc piping, inspection openings and new vent
Due to movement and constant weight above, terracotta pipes had collapsed, causing major blockages and an out of service sewer line. Always a good idea to have your drains checked every once and a while to assure proper function and potential avoid a major sewer shut down

An emergency sewer repair we had over the weekend, unfortunately the sewer was completely impeded and squashed due to a large tree directly above. We went with the option to excavate and re route the main sewer line around the tree to avoid any future issues caused as well as adding an extra inspection open for future access if needed.
