Casals was the only one that asked what the problem was, do some diagnostics on the panel and was willing to accommodate my urgency for the issue. Best of all they are very resonablbly priced and only replaced what needed to be replace. Not like the others that said they would come and replace the system board without verifying that was the problem. IT WAS NOT. Casal - family owned and run. Will use them in future A1"
