The ongoing redevelopment of the Green Square precinct in Sydney is a journey we have been on for some time now and our most recent project - the Gunyama Sports Centre is one to look at.

It is a project centred around recreation, health and fitness, leisure and sport. Working alongside and to deliver this project for the was an absolute pleasure and we are rapt to see the final outcome being accepted by the community so well.

This project involved complex engineering, flood management and conveyance, stormwater quality improvement and attenuation as well as integrated water management. Our teams of designers, scientists and engineers created a robust and flexible design response that was carried through all the way to delivery.

We are delighted to share our design for ‘The Terraces” in Sunshine North.

Our design team have been working hard on this project for some time now, enjoying the challenges of working with steep slopes whilst creating vital habitat for native fauna and learning about the benefits this has on the health and wellbeing of the local community.

Situated alongside the beautifully diverse landscape of the Marybyrnong River, the community will be surrounded by ecological corridors with the local streets featuring shady avenues that blend seamlessly into green walking tracks down to the river.

Our design not only strengthens the biodiversity connections from the river throughout the development, but allows the community opportunities to connect with their local urban environment .

We can’t wait to share more of this exciting journey with you!

Today is National Threatened Species Day! To celebrate here are some of our favourite shots from our partners .

Check out our ‘Species Stories’ highlight for some conservation tales about these three threatened species.

The survival of these creatures and indeed our entire natural world depends on our actions.
