Replaced the front support beam (300x45) after it was struck by a vehicle that was a little bit too high for the carport 😳😳.
New beam cut to size and pre painted in the workshop then fitted on site. Final paint done on site.

Installed some outdoor blinds to help reduce the impact of the Tropical North Victoria’s sun!

A bit of work on a property about to come on the rental market:
Remove an old tumble dryer and patch and paint the wall.
Remove old wall mounted A/C , frame the hole, plaster inside and render/conite finish on the outside.
Make new bench tops, sand and paint cupboards and install new cupboard handles.

Unit renovation for RSL in Dareton.
Looks a bit better now!

Old A/C unit removed and hole in wall flushed off. Did the best I could to try and match the Render/Conite finish that was on the house. Also plastered and flushed inside.

Customer wanted wardrobes built in to match the ones in the other bedrooms. Had to make a jig to router the pattern into the doors and also find matching Victorian style cornice.
