Welcome to Creative Cushions & Throws,

Our names are Trish & Janet. We've been friends for a long time and we decided to put our creative heads together and design and make our own cushions & throws. We love using beautiful quality fabrics to combine style and sophistication and we're not afraid to add unique buttons and jewels for dazzling effect and sparkle. Our silent partner in the business

is a Tortoiseshell cat called Minnie who sleeps all day under our feet, lulled by the hum and whir of our sewing machines hard at work. Our humble beginnings:

Trish has worked in the manufacturing industry in the role of overseeing production from start to finish. This also meant using machines where she developed a love for sewing. Janet became a qualified machinist on finishing school and spent many years in the clothing industry, becoming a proficient and experienced seamstress. She's a self-confessed couch-loving movie buff, so puts her own cushions and throws to good use!
