JMB Modular is a leading volumetric modular manufacturer and registered builder, delivering innovative DfMA projects from concept to completion.

Backed by decades of experience, we provide smart, high quality construction solutions. Contact our team today JMB Modular Buildings have been in the construction industry for 15 years, having evolved into the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) prefab/modular space. We are a volumetric modular manufacturer, based in Shepparton, having a reputation for innovative building knowledge and design. Unlike most modular manufacturers we are a registered builder, we can see projects through from concept to completion. All our modular projects are Designed for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA) to brief, budget and site constraints and are independently certified by our structural engineer. The buildings are produced in modules when assembled on site, reflect the exact design intent as a traditional build. We possess the expertise to undertake the modular design, fabricate the steel frame, manage fit-out of the modules, supervise building site preparation, transport the modules from our factory to the building site. Modular construction minimises uncertainty, reduces cost, delivers in a shorter timeframe, achieves better quality buildings. Runner Up - ACA Offsite Construction Award

What a night! 🏆🎉

The JMB team had a fantastic evening at the GSBN Business Awards, catching up with great people, celebrating local business success, and somehow managing to bring home another award!

We were incredibly proud to be awarded Excellence in Innovation for the third and final time, making this one extra special.

A special thank you to the judges. It feels like you've had a front-row seat to our evolution over the years. From hearing the early vision and seeing the beginnings of the innovation, to visiting our facility and seeing firsthand how it has all come together. To have that journey recognised by people who have watched it develop over time makes this award particularly meaningful.

This recognition belongs to our entire team. Innovation doesn't happen overnight, and it certainly doesn't happen on its own. It's the result of years of hard work, continuous improvement, a willingness to challenge convention, and a team that embraces new ideas every day.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners, and thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way.

A great night, a proud moment, and a reminder of just how far we've come. Here's to what comes next!

We were lucky to have the Makita truck roll into JMB the other week!
Our team loves Makita tools, so the boys were in heaven checking out the latest gear, getting hands-on with new tools, and putting them to the test.
With a kick of the footy, some great free merch, and a BBQ lunch cooked up by Michael from Total Tools Shepparton, it was a fantastic day all round.
A big thank you to Tammy for organising it all!

What a fantastic evening we had last month hosting the Greater Shepparton Business Network After 5 Networking Event at JMB Modular Buildings.

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold weather and joined us.
As a business that started in a backyard shed in Kialla over a decade ago, it was incredibly rewarding to share our journey, showcase our Goulburn Apartments project, and connect with so many members of the Greater Shepparton business community.

We're proud to be part of such a supportive and collaborative region where businesses continue to champion one another and create opportunities for growth.

A special thank you to Generations Community Care for allowing us to highlight the incredible work they do supporting individuals and families across Greater Shepparton.

Generations Community Care provides vital support to our community through its Generations Op Shop, food bank, and outreach programs.
Their team distributes essential goods to those in need, provides meals through their community food initiatives, and operates a mobile food trailer that delivers free meals and creates welcoming spaces where people can come together and connect.
Their work has a genuine and lasting impact on the lives of many within our region.

To learn more about their services or to explore ways you can support their work, please visit https://www.generations.org.au/community-care or contact Jacqui Hall at [email protected].

Here's to continuing to grow, innovate, and support one another.
