I guess now things are well in motion I'll give everyone the update with what's happening.

With great thought and evaluation I have decided to close down John Tanner renovations. It wasn't an easy decision to end all I have worked for and believe in. But I feel it was the best decision for my life moving forward.

With what's happened over the last 12 months or so, life is short and not gaurenteed and there is more to life and I need to continue writing new exciting chapters instead of the same chapter with the brutality of running your own business.

That new chapter for me is over in Western Australia, to say I'm excited is an understatement πŸ˜„

I'd like to thank all of my clients who I've had the pleasure to work with, my external tradies, suppliers, my friends and you people who I've never met following my social journey.

With a special mention to my parents. You both have copped my best and worst with times where you probably wish I wasn't your son. But you guys stuck by me through it all and as always supporting yet another

Hey! I'm back!

Here's a bathroom renovation, with a toilet and partial laundry refresh that was completed last early last year.

I do appologise for the almost year delay. Things here at JTRenos have been very demanding and social media took a back seat.

So here it is, a fantastic transformation for a return client in whom I done an ensuite and bedroom window/door renovation few months prior.

Super hard to get everything involved in this job in just 10 photos so I kept a it simple. I'll let the photos speak for themselves on this one.

I'm over the moon with the end result and so is clients πŸ₯³

Working year 2022 finished βœ…

What a year it has been. I do appologise for not being active on here in the second half of the year, it's very challenging keeping up appreances on here aswell as the demand that is needed to keep your head above water within the buisness.

I will get to posting a couple of jobs completed along with my biggest renovation of my career in the coming weeks for everyone.

I'd like to thank all my subcontractors, suppliers, clients friends and family for their support throughout the year, you all know who you are if you're reading this πŸ™

From Winston and I, we wish everyone a safe happy Christmas & new year βœŒοΈπŸ˜ƒ πŸŽ‰

Part 2 πŸ™‚

Skip forward to the finished product. Each renovation I do, it becomes my favourite to date, or maybe I just get attached because so much goes Into creating outcomes like this.
This job can get damn tough but outcomes like this that completely transforms an area and feel of the house along with the clients happiness and appreciation, it keeps bringing me back 🀣

Thanks again to my trades again for another good Renovation.

Finally have sometime to share a kitchen and dining renovation I done earlier this year.
Part 1 of 2 posts

A year previous I renovated the bathroom in this 1960s house and this kitchen area definitely threw the same curve balls at me again. But that's my job, to make it look like there was never any issues.

This renovation included putting cement sheet down over the floor boards to prevent any moisture or unwanted movement.
Making the servery opening nice and level so the tiles finished nice and square to the opening.
Cutting out half of the door frame to make it nice and clean and strong with no ugly patches to compliment the new door full glass door.
All new architraves and some skirting with repairs to existing to make look new.

Continue to next post. πŸ‘‰

Taking it back to the end of last year when I completed this little ensuite renovation with a sliding door installation in the main bedroom also.

Even though it's only small area, my word has it changed not only the look and feel, but the usability of both areas.

With the big shower neiche, set back shaver overhead storage with mirror doors and the draws for the vanity it's just a delight to use with loads of storage space and the clients have since said the same too! You just can't compare to custom joinery and ideas and options it creates with a sleek look 🀌

Sliding door to the outside deck has changed the game aswell! Looks like it was ment to be there from new!

I'm pretty proud to show this one to everyone ☺️ enjoy πŸ™‹πŸ»

It's been a long time dream of my father's to do things like this smaller work and furniture as he settles into semi retirement! In this covid climate he needs exposure so he finally taken the punt and started his own page!

For more incredible work like this jump on over and give his page a like and show him some support and spread the word πŸ™β€οΈ

Here is a neat bathroom renovation that was done in November 2021.

Simple yet effective, which has really lightened up the area with the custom vanity and shaver storage mirror unit. The colour scheme chosen by my clients has really complimented the two areas and now they feel complete 😁🀌

Thanks Charlie for the hand πŸ’™πŸΆ
