Good morning Moore Park Beach! Well, we had quite a bit of rain ! !! I hope everyone stayed safe and dry through it all.
My apologies to clients whom I couldn't get to because of the water. I am reshuffling you all to get to you this week so please be patient.
On another note, I have several instances where people have cancelled at last minute several times Lately. As most of my clients are rotated on a fortnightly basis there should be plenty of time to fore warn me you need to cancel.
I have a couple of instances where I have turned up at the door on their rostered day and they have then informed me they wish to cancel that day.
I understand that emergencies do come up and I completely sympathies with this. But unfortunately reasons I have been given range from." I forgot it was my day " to "can't afford it today" .
Please understand that I cannot operate a business this way.
I need to have at least a few days notice so I can re book that day.
When people cancel on the spot it puts me in dire financial difficulties.
So ..If you have cancelled 2 times in a row with no notice ( unless it is an emergency ) you Will lose your regular customer rate and your day on the calendar. I am sorry that I have to take this action but my business cannot survive if I have empty days continually on the calendar .
So if you need to cancel your cleaning day please let me know A FEW days before. So I can have a chance to re book that day to someone else, and don't waste my time and fuel to arrive and find that you want to cancel.
